The Raw Material

For the manufacture of STEELTELHA metal ARCO “tiles”, galvanised steel plate (275 g/m²) and/or pre-lacquered coils of different thicknesses are used, ranging from 0.8 mm to 1.5 mm. The raw material complies with EN10142.

ARCOprofiles

All tile profiles used in the STEELTELHA ARCO system are manufactured using smooth, gradual and continuous roll forming processes without damaging the base material in the processing.

Our technical team studies each particular job and, depending on its characteristics, chooses the optimum profile to use from the eight different profiles that the STEELTELHA ARCO system has available.
